 Italian Envoy Says Minister of Culture to Visit Iran Soon

Italian Ambassador to Tehran Luca Giansanti said the Italian Minister of Cultural Heritage and Activities Massimo Bray would pay a visit to Iran within the next two weeks, AVA Diplomatic reports.“The Italian minister of cultural heritage and activities, heading a cultural delegation, will travel to Iran by the next two weeks. Therefore, we can prepare the ground for the expansion of our cultural relations, “Giansanti said in his meeting with Ali Moradkhani, the Iranian deputy minister of culture and Islamic guidance.

The Italian ambassador also noted that the cultural relations between Tehran and Rome have always been in a good state.

“Fortunately, over the past six months, the conditions have improved a lot, and the volume of cultural interactions between the two countries has greatly increased, “he underlined.

The Iranian deputy minister, for his part, supported the idea of enhancement of cultural ties, noting that common ground exists between the two nations for broader cultural relations.
