Syrian envoy, Ali Shamkhani review regional developments

In a meeting with Supreme National Security Council’s Secretary Ali Shamkhani, Syrian ambassador to Iran Adnan Mahmoud submitted Syrian National Security Bureau Chief Ali Mamlouk’s message, AVA diplomatic reports.

In the meeting, Iranian Supreme National Security Council’s Secretary Ali Shamkhani condemned terrorist bomb blast near the Iranian embassy in Beirut, saying such measures signify the misery of the Zionist regime and the terrorist groups who work in line with the regime.He said these measures causes the public opinions’ increasing hatred for their supporters, stressing that, such attacks will not affect Iran’s support for the Islamic resistance.

Shamkhani added than warnings had been given about the promotion of terrorism in the region and financial and military support they receive from western countries and today, the responsibility for the martyr’s blood is on them.

Ali Shamkhani also touched the nuclear talks between Iran and P5+1, saying the west had no option but resolve the issues through negotiations because the illegal sanctions and the illogical pressures have had no impact on the Islamic Republic’s will.

Syrian ambassador to Tehran Adnan Mahmoud submitted a message by Syrian National Security Bureau Chief Ali Mamlouk and appreciated Iran’s positions and measures in support for the Syrian nation. He stressed that the Syrian army is strongly fighting the terrorists to provide security for the people and deliver food and drugs to the cities and villages while Syria still pursues diplomatic and political ways to resolve its issues.
