Ahmadinejad kisses new Venezuelan ambassador’s credentials

In a meeting with the new Venezuelan ambassador to Tehran Amenhotep Zambrano, Iranian President kissed his credentials.

During the meeting which marked the beginning of his official activities in Iran representing the Venezuelan government’s diplomatic apparatus, the new Venezuelan Ambassador to Tehran Amenhotep Zambrano said he had received his credentials from Hugo Chavez’s own hands when he was hospitalized.

Speaking of the position of Iran-Venezuela relations from the viewpoint of late Venezuelan President Chavez, Zambrano stressed his path would be continued.
