Envoy: Ilam province capable of foreign investment

Austrian ambassador to Iran said due to its resources and matchless wealth, Ilam has high capacity in foreign investment, AVA Diplomatic reports.

Speaking in a meeting with members of Ilam Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, Friedrich Stift expressed Austria’s readiness to make joint investment with Ilam’s private sector in energy, petrochemicals, agriculture, tourism, oil, and gas.

Head of Ilam Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture Shaban Foroutan said that the capacities of the province will flourish by attracting foreign investment.

He added that economic and commercial delegations from Ilam are scheduled to have a trip to Austria to get familiarized with Austria’s economic potentials.

Austrian ambassador arrived in Ilam on Monday to get familiarized with investment capacities of Ilam.
