Syrian Envoy Says Country Share Stance with Iran on Muslims’ Problems

Syrian envoy to Tehran Adnan Mahmoud said as Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei has always emphasized, the only way out of crisis in the Islamic world is pursuing the path of resistance, AVA Diplomatic reports.He made the remarks at a conference on Modern Syria’s Policies on Palestine and the Zionist regime.

He said Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has on many occasions underlined the fact that Damascus is resolved to resist against terrorism.

Syria has been gripped by deadly violence since March 2011. Over 150,000 people have reportedly been killed and millions displaced due to the violence fueled by the foreign-backed militants.
