New Omani ambassador to Iran is ready for submitting his credentials.

Sultanate of Oman new ambassador to Iran has recently come to Iran and is going to commence his tenure, AVA Diplomatic reports.

Omani ambassador to Iran, Saud bin Ahmed bin Khalid al Barwani will submit his credentials to Iran president, Dr. Rouhani till end on this month (January).

Saud bin Ahmed bin Khalid al Barwani which was previously head of Iran-Oman parliamentary friendship group succeeds Yahya Al- Araimi.

Yahya Al- Araimi had been Omani envoy to Iran since 2007 and his tenure been finished last September, after sultan qaboos travel to Iran.

Tehran-muscat sound, friendly relations have paramount importance for the both nations.
