French envoy: Cultural exchange between Iran and France to be expanded
On his Gilan Province tour, the French ambassador to Tehran visited the Province’s Rural Heritage Museum and called the project quite successful.
“The new atmosphere in Iran, will lead to fresh cultural exchanges between Iran and France,” said the French ambassador to Iran during a visit to Gilan Province Rural Heritage Museum, Ava Diplomatic reported.
“The relations between Iran and France are deep and old and have never been broken,” Bruno Foucher added.
“As sometimes things rise between family members, issue have been brought up between Iran and France but these are resolved through talks,” he reiterated.
According to Foucher, given their history and civilization, Iran and France can enjoy quite a lot of cultural exchanges. He also believes that the Iranian civilization is highly regarded in France.
“In France, many university professors are instructing courses related to the language, culture, and civilization of Iran,” he added.
He called Gilan Rural Heritage Museum very successful and said the French cooperated in the project. “There is cooperation between Iran and France in areas such as archeological studies, cultural exchanges in art and language teaching,” said Foucher.
