IRNA photo exhibit showcases Iran, UN ties

The Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) opened an exhibition in northwestern province of Kermanshah on Monday in collaboration with the United Nations showcasing photo and historical documents, AVA Diplomatic reports.

Director of the United Nations Information Center in Iran (UNIC) Maria Dotsenko as well as several provincial officials attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition.

IRNA has worked with UNIC many times so far in organizing similar events.

The exhibition in Kermanshah displays 66 photos and important documents which could be useful for Iranian researchers in the field of political science and international law.

Also on display are photos of the Iran visits of seven UN secretary generals as well as images related to some UN development plans in the country. The five-day exhibition will wrap up on January 20.
