 International Children’s Day Commemorated in DAT

On the occasion of International Children’sDay, a ceremony was held at the library of the Disability Association of Tavana (DAT) on 22 November 2018, AVA Diplomatic reports.

More than 100 people, including a number of mothers who have children with disability and DAT personnel were present in the ceremony. During the ceremony, the education unit of DAT, with the assistance of Mr. Amali, the teacher for children organized a painting contest for fifty-eight children and students with disabilities. The awards for the top paintings will be given to the winners on 3 December 2018 which is the International Day for Persons with Disabilities.
