The Doll Wins UNICEF Award as the Best Iranian Short Film on Children

UNICEF award in the 35th Tehran International Short Film Festival went to the Iranian movie “The Doll’ directed by Ali Delkari which highlighted the mental and educational consequences of child marriage, AVA Diplomatic reports.

The award included a trophy and a Canon5D camera. UNICEF Iran Goodwill Ambassador, Mahtab Keramati, handed the award to the winner.

UNICEF also gave an appreciation certificate to the movie “Citizen of War” directed by Ahmad Zayeri which highlighted the painful consequences of war on children.
