Art reaches people’s hearts and motivates to promote environment: World Environment Day

More than a hundred children of different ages presented their drawing on protection of environment at Ariana Art Gallery in Tehran, at the opening of exhibition entitled “The Seeds of My Homeland”, dedicated to the World Environment Day on 22 June 2018, AVA Diplomatic reports.

Maria Dotsenko, UNIC Director through the video message and Anahita Taymorian, Director of Dana Art School, well known Iranian artist and writer spoke to the children, their parents and visitor of the gallery on important role which art can play in reaching people’s hearts and motivating them to actions to protect environment. UN informational materials in Persian were distributed.
