MP: Iran, N. Korea in same line against interferences

Iran and North Korea in the same front, opposing interference and bullying of the US and its allies, AVA Diplomatic reports.

Head of Majlis (parliament) National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, Aladdin Boroujerdi, further told North Korean Ambassador to Tehran, Kang Sam Hyon, that the two countries have resisted against all types of pressures and sanctions imposed by the West.

Considering good ties between the two countries, Boroujerdi said expansion of relations and cooperation between Iran and North Korea, especially in the parliamentary domain, would be beneficial for both nations.

Boroujerdi, who is also head of the parliamentary friendship group of Iran and North Korea, said exchange of visits by the officials of the two sides and their talks on issues of mutual concern will be important and effective in taking new steps to strengthen ties.

Ambassador Hyon expressed his country’s willingness to expand ties with Iran in different fields and said the two countries have plenty of capabilities, which could be used to strengthen and develop relations.

He said the US is the source of instability and insecurity in different parts of the world, adding that North Korea supports Iran’s stances against the US imperialist’s bullying and interference.

Hyon called for expansion of relations and cooperation between the two countries.
