Russian ambassador: Moscow may sign a new customs contract with Iran
Russian ambassador to Tehran Levan Dzhagaryan said on Sunday that his country may sign a new customs contract with Iran, AVA Diplomatic reports.
Dzhagaryan made the remarks speaking to reporters after a meeting in Tehran with Head of Iran Chamber of Commerce Gholam-Hossein Shafei.
On the objections about obstacles on visa issuance for Iranian merchants, the ambassador said there is no problem in this regard.
‘Based on an already signed agreement between Iran and Russia, both countries have eased conditions for visa issuance,’ Jagarian said.
He said that the 4 billion dollar goal that has been set by Tehran and Moscow for trade exchanges is not out of reach.
