South Korea for expansion of cultural ties with Iran

South Korean ambassador to Tehran has highlighted the expansion of artistic and cultural ties with Iran, AVA Diplomatic reports.

Kim Seung-ho made the statement in a meeting with the head of Iran Artists House Majid Rajabi-Memar on May 31.

He added that relations between Iran and South Korea were mostly economic and said that he will do his best to boost cultural and artistic relations as well.

Speaking on the activities of Iran Artists House, Rajabi-Memar said that holding cultural weeks of foreign countries in Iran can pave the way for further cultural relations with Iran.

He added that Iran and South Korea both have valuable and ancient civilizations.
