 The new Hungarian presents his credentials to Zarif

New ambassadors of Hungary, the Netherlands and Ireland presented copies of their credentials to Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif on Saturday, AVA Diplomatic reports.

In the meeting with Janos Kovacs, the new Hungarian ambassador, who speaks the Persian language, Zarif referred to a recent visit of the Hungarian foreign minister of Iran and his own competence in speaking the Persian language which can contribute to ever more expansion of bilateral ties.

Ambassador Kovacs, too, referred to Tehran’s advanced façade compared to a few years ago, expressing hope that during his tenure the two countries will experience expansion of ties in economic, trade, tourism and cultural fields.
