Pakistan Defense Day in Tehran

Pakistan’s Defense day ceremony was held in Tehran with the attendance of Noor Muhammad Jadmani, Pakistani ambassador to Iran, and some of the foreign diplomats to Tehran, AVA Diplomatic reports.Noor Muhammad Jadmani, Pakistani ambassador to Iran in Pakistan’s Defense Day ceremony pointed to the bravery of the Pakistani armed forces in doing their duties and securing the borders and said: “Pakistani armed forces are continually developing and always try to keep up their efficiency and proficiency”.

“We are working hard on Zarb-e-azb operation to fight against terrorism in North Vazirestan province. The operation is a joint measure by the Pakistani government and army whose success is a success for the international community and neighboring countries”, added the Pakistani ambassador to Tehran.

“Pakistani men and women actively participated in international peacekeeping missions since 1960 and up until now have participated in 41 peacekeeping missions in 23 different countries of the world and are currently involved in 7 other missions around the world”, reiterated he.

He finally commented: “136 Pakistani had sacrificed their lives in various countries to establish peace; moreover, Pakistani armed forces keep friendly and good relations with the friend countries”.
