“Hormoz” to welcome Australian tourists

Australia’s ambassador to Iran expressed his readiness to develop tourism in the island, AVA Diplomatic reports.

The Governor of Hormoz Island said, “During his visit to Hormoz, Australian ambassador to Iran discussed tourism development and introducing the Island to Australian tourists and the meeting led to preliminary agreements toward the issue”.

“We demanded the ambassador to provide required arrangements for introducing the Island to Australian tourists to welcome more tourists in Hormoz in near future,” the governor said.

According to the Iranian official, talks toward introduction of Hormoz to Australian tourists are in progress and the Australian ambassador is invited to visit Hormoz for second time in next month to advance talks toward investment as well as implementation the agreements and the further measures.
