Ukraine eagerly working to expand ties with Iran

Ukrainian Ambassador to Iran Sergei Buldiliak voiced Kiev’s special interest to promote ties with Iran, saying that the two countries boast numerous capacities which can be used optimally through mutual interaction, AVA Diplomatic reports.

Addressing a meeting of non-oil exports working group of Alborz province on Tuesday, the ambassador added that last year, rates of visas to Ukraine for the Iranians was reduced based on the talks made earlier.

Recalling Iran’s unique natural resources and mines, the envoy said that Ukraine is among top exporters of agricultural products in the world and it is also one of the top five exporters in the world.

“We are deeply interested to strengthen ties between Alborz province and Ukrainian provinces and we will remove all the obstacles in the way of bolstering mutual relations,” he said.
