UKRAINIAN INFRASTRUCTURE DELEGATION VISITS MAPNA LOCOMOTIVE COMPANY

A group of senior infrastructure officials from Ukraine paid a visit to MAPNA Locomotive Engineering and Manufacturing Company (MLC) on Tuesday, February 7, 2017, AVA Diplomatic reports.

The delegation was headed by Viktor Dovhan, Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine on European Integration, and included a number of senior officials from the country’s public railway company.

Ukraine’s Ambassador to Iran Sergey Burdilyak also accompanied the delegation.

The Ukrainian team visited MLC on the outskirts of Tehran on Tuesday noon and toured the company’s various workshops where MAPNA assembles and manufactures its passenger, freight, and tunnel locomotives.
