 Majlis speaker advisor: Muslim world should adopt common stance on Palestine

Senior advisor to Majlis speaker Hossein Amir-Abdollahian in a meeting with Palestinian Ambassador to Tehran Salah Zawawi underlined that Muslim world should adopt a common stance on the issue of Palestine, AVA Diplomatic reports.

“It is necessary for Muslim countries to adopt a common stance on Palestinian issue,” Amir-Abdollahian said.

He underlined that Palestine is the most important issue of Muslim world.

“The Islamic Republic of Iran will strongly continue to its support for the Palestinian people and warriors in their fight against the terrorist and child-killing Zionist regime,” Amir-Abdollahian added.

The Palestinian ambassador, for his part, thanked the Islamic Republic of Iran for supporting the oppressed Palestinian nation, and said, “Iran is a great and important country and has always been beside the friendly and brotherly Palestinian nation and we will never forget the supports of the Iranian nation and the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the issue of Palestine.”
