Bulgaria keen to get familiar with investment opportunities in Iran’s Yasouj

Bulgarian Ambassador to Tehran Christo Polendakov arrived in this southwestern Iranian province Sunday to get familiar with the investment opportunities here, AVA Diplomatic reports.

During his two-day stay in the province, Polendakov is due to visit several tourism, agricultural, industrial and production projects and meet with a number of provincial officials.

Last month, the first economic meeting between officials of Yasouj chamber of commerce and the Bulgarian ambassador to Iran was held in Tehran with the purpose of promoting bilateral cooperation.

Also, an eco-political delegation from Russia’s Omsk visited this Iranian province two months ago. During the visit, the two sides signed an agreement on cooperation.
