Tapping opportunities, common capacities necessary for further Iran-Ukraine ties

President Rouhani had a meeting with the new Ambassador of Ukraine to Tehran Sergei Burdylyak and said: “The Islamic Republic of Iran welcomes further development of economic, political and cultural ties with Ukraine”, AVA Diplomatic reports.

At the meeting which was held on Tuesday, Dr Rouhani stressed using all capacities and opportunities to further deepen ties between the two countries and said: “In the new era after the nuclear deal and lift of sanctions against the Iranian nation, the environment is ready to cement ties and relations between Tehran and Kiev”.

The new Ambassador of Ukraine to Tehran Sergei Burdiliak also presented his credentials to the President and called for further ties between the two countries in various fields.
