Iran-Armenia economic conference to be held in Tehran
Armenian Ambassador to Tehran Artashes Tomaniyan said that an Iran-Armenian economic conference will be held here on Monday in presence of Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Mohammad Reza Ne’matzadeh and Armenian Minister of Economy Karen Chshmaritian, AVA Diplomatic reports.
Tomanian told IRNA on Saturday that in the past months there have widescale cooperation between Armenian embassy and Iran’s Chamber of Commerce for holding the conference.
He added that 60 strong-person delegation will accompany the Armenian minister and around 300 Iranian industrialists and businessmen will attend the conference.
Tomanian said that Armenian economic capacities and capabilities will be discussed in the conference.
Referring to recent visit of Iranian First Vice-President Es’haq Jahangiri to Armenia, Tomanian expressed hope that the conference would have fruitful results.
