 Japanese envoy in Tehran thanks Iranian benefactor

The ambassador of Japan in Tehran has appreciated Mohammad Pashaee because of having established an NGO for the Iranian disabled in Japan, AVA Diplomatic reports.

A press release by the Japanese embassy in Tehran reads:

On 23rd January, 2018, H.E. Hiroyasu Kobayashi, Ambassador of Extraordinary and Penitentiary of Japan conferred the Ambassador of Japan’s Commendation on Mr. Pashaee, president of ‘Mint Society for Iranian with Physical Handicaps’ (a non-Profit Organization in Japan) in the embassy of Japan in Iran.

Mr. Pashaee established ‘Mint Society for Iranian with Physical Handicaps’ in Japan in 2010. Among his activities in this organization, he has sent rehabilitation equipment such as wheelchairs to the Iranian people with disability and introduced Japanese counter-measures for barrier-free society to the Iranians. Through these activities, he has contributed to the enhancement of mutual friendship and cooperation between Japan and Iran regarding welfare of people with disabilities.

With perspective of humanity and development, the Embassy of Japan also contributes to the enhancement of welfare Iranian with disability through the cooperation schemes, such as Grant Assistance for Grass-Roots Human Security Projects. Among such contributions is granting the rehabilitation equipment. The Embassy will continue such kinds of supports including supporting ‘Mint Society for Iranian with Physical Handicaps’, in order to expand mutual relationship between Japan and Iran.
